James is head coach and gym owner. James has 15 years of combative experience. He is the “cage mastery” specialist as well as co-strength and conditioning coach. “Figure 4” is a professional mixed martial artist. James is also a black belt under Jarrett Becks, Randall Powell, and Israel Gomes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & recipient of multiple gold and silver medals throughout the years in Jiu Jitsu tournaments such as AGF, NAGA & state games of Mississippi. When not working as a medical device sales associate or at the gym training or coaching, you may find James wearing his latest tailored suit or eating his favorite dessert….all of them!
